WELCOME TO CCHRA (CHESTER COUNTY HR ASSOCIATIOn)!

Established in 1947 as the Chester County Industrial Relations Association, CCHRA has a rich history of serving the HR community. In 1986, we rebranded to reflect our dedication to human resources, and in 2017, we proudly celebrated our 70th Anniversary!

Our mission at CCHRA is to elevate HR management practices in Chester County by providing education and networking opportunities. We achieve this mission by facilitating the exchange of valuable insights among our members and maintaining our affiliation with SHRM. Membership is open to HR professionals and those connected to HR in Chester County, and you don't need to be a SHRM member to join our chapter.

We understand the importance of flexibility, which is why we offer a mix of morning, lunch, and evening events to accommodate our members' busy schedules.

Our membership boasts representation from over 100 companies and organizations. We gather for meetings ten months out of the year, providing valuable networking opportunities and featuring guest speakers covering various HR-related topics.
